I am the Registered Manager at LIAC Care Services, leading specialist supported living services for adults with complex needs.

I have 35 years’ experience in the care sector, including 8 years as a Registered Manager, and throughout my career my priority has always been the people we support. I am passionate about providing care that is safe, respectful, and truly person-centred, enabling individuals to live fulfilling lives with dignity, choice, and independence.

I work closely with individuals, families, and staff teams to ensure support is consistent, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s needs. Supporting and developing staff is equally important to me, as I believe strong, well-supported teams deliver the best outcomes for the people in our care.
