I am the Owner and Managing Director of LIAC Care Services, a specialist supported living provider for adults with complex needs.

I have over 30 years’ experience in the care sector, having worked across frontline services, senior management, and strategic leadership. Throughout my career, my focus has been on delivering high-quality, person-centred support that genuinely improves people’s lives.

In 2006, I was honoured to be awarded National Special Needs Care Manager of the Year, recognising my contribution to specialist social care. I hold numerous professional qualifications and bring strong operational, governance, and leadership experience to my role.

I remain closely involved in the development of services, leadership of teams, and continuous improvement, ensuring Liac Care Services delivers safe, consistent, and meaningful support for the people we serve.
